Hancock Family Dispersal Sale – Expressions of Interest
Hillview Machinery is honoured to present, on behalf of the Hancock Family, a significant offering of machinery as part of a Dispersal Sale conducted via Expressions of Interest (EOI).
This campaign represents a major transition as the Hancock family steps away from their farming operations and into the next chapter of their lives.
Hillview Machinery has been directed that all machinery is to be sold. This is a genuine dispersal - every item must be sold, and all reasonable offers submitted through the EOI process will be given full consideration.
Location: - 11113 Tod Hwy, Lock SA 5633
Inspection Days: September 9th & 10th From 8AM to 2PM
EOI Deadline: All completed EOI forms, accompanied by a deposit, must be received by 2:00 PM AEST on Thursday , September 18th via email to: admin@hillviewco.com.au
Terms & Conditions:
- All deposits from unsuccessful EOIs will be refunded within 24 hours of the campaign closing.
- Hillview Machinery reserve the right to negotiate directly with the highest EOI holder for each lot.
- Full payment must be received within 3 days of receiving confirmation of a successful offer, unless written approval has been granted.
- All machinery must be removed from the property no later than September 30th.
- All plant and machinery are sold "as is, where is."
- All plant and machinery will be sold without roadworthy certificates (RWC) and without registration plates
- Inspections are highly recommended
Important Notice: This is not an auction. The only way to purchase an item is by submitting a completed Expression of Interest form with a deposit. No other forms of offers will be accepted.
