Handcock Family Dispersal Sale – Expressions of Interest

On behalf of the Handcock Family, Hillview Machinery is proud to present the following assets for sale via an Expressions of Interest (EOI) campaign.

This sale marks an important transition as the Handcock family moves into the next chapter of their lives. We are honoured to assist in offering this extremely well-maintained and near-new line-up of high-quality machinery to the market.

Location: Lock, SA

Inspection Days: September 9th & 10th

EOI Deadline: All completed EOI forms, accompanied by a deposit, must be received by 2:00 PM AEST on Wednesday, September 18th via email to: admin@hillviewco.com.au

Terms & Conditions:

• All deposits from unsuccessful EOIs will be refunded within 24 hours of the campaign closing.
• Hillview Machinery reserve the right to negotiate directly with the highest EOI holder for each lot.
• Full payment must be received within 3 days of receiving confirmation of a successful offer, unless written approval has been granted.
• All machinery must be removed from the property no later than September 30th.

Important Notice: This is not an auction. The only way to purchase an item is by submitting a completed Expression of Interest form with a deposit. No other forms of offers will be accepted.

Condition: All plant and machinery are sold "as is, where is." Inspections are highly recommended.
